The Loving Relationships Training (LRT) is an educational and experiential resource dedicated to teaching and supporting high-quality relationships in all areas of human interaction. Once you take charge of your relationship with yourself, all your relationships are lifted, including the ones with your family, friends, partner, career, body and with your personal Divine.

This unique seminar, created by Sondra Ray, has traversed the world and has trained thousands of people to improve the quality of their relationships. The training enables you to locate and release many of the unconscious patterns that tend to create limitations in your life. You will experience positive results in your friendships, business and intimate relationships.

The weekend consists of a series of short lectures, personal sharing, one-to-one processes, visualizations, written processes, meditations and breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathing - Rebirthing).
