Like  Pin  +1  in  THE 9 MONTH BREATHWORK TRAINING AND PERSONAL GROWTH PROGRAM IN PERSON AT THE CENTER AND ONLINE.(see note below) Once a year we offer The 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training and Personal Growth Program at The Philadelphia Rebirthing Center. It is one of our most loved and celebrated programs for many reasons. Learning the power of Conscious Connected Breathing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, and teaching it to others as a Breathworker is one of the greatest gifts you can offer to another. In this program you learn to be present with others as a Rebirther/ Breath Coach and provide a space of safety, education and active presence while discovering what Conscious Connected Breathing can reveal. One of the main parts of the 9 Month Program is going through your own self discovery process. The more you clear your history and open to the natural aliveness, joy, clarity and compassion within you, the more available you are for others to do the same. This is an experiential and educational program which will include written and one on one processes, visualizations, personal sharing, meditations and regular partnered breathwork exchanges. PLEASE NOTE: We have received several requests to hold the 9 Month Program at the Center. We are also aware and respect that others may feel it is more appropriate for them to participate in the program online. As we want to consider and accommodate the expressed preference of all participants, we will be experimenting, at least for the opening months of the program, with having a concurrent program both ONLINE and in person at the Center, working within CDC guidelines. Guidelines will be sent in advance for those of you who would like to come to the Center.
